Creativity is the bringing into existance
that which did not exist before.
The Bible begins with incredible creativity
as God assembles the heavens and the earth,
truly the greatest artist of all time.

We are made in the image of a creative God.
We are born to be creative.  I enjoy expressing
my creativity through art and photography.
I find great joy and exhilaration as I paint,
draw and photograph the beauty of God's creation
all around me.
These photos show some of the tools
and materials I enjoy using to create art.

I don't use it very often, but sidewalk chalk
can be a lot fun.

Watercolor paints flow together quite
nicely. Very relaxing to use.

Pastels are a bit messy, yet versatile,
giving either a soft or bold look.

My favorite. Acrylic paint. Bold, colorful
and so much fun for this abstract artist.

Last but not least, the crayon. One of
the first materials we all used as budding
artists. Can't help but be happy using these. : )

  1. I love the bright colors in these photos, Adrienne! I can't decide which is my favorite, but I am wondering how long it took to get your hands clean - ha! And you added words this time, too! A bonus for all of us. Thanks for sharing!
